If your order is not urgent and you are happy to wait to receive it (up to 7 days) then we can offer you our economy+ free shipping option for all orders where the weight of the order is less than 1kg.  if the combined weight of the products you are ordering is less than 1kg, this option will be visible on the checkout pages.

If you would like to receive your order more quickly or your order weighs more than 1kg, we offer standard 1st class business despatch either same day or next working day.

Where your order is over £35.00 and weighs under 1kg, both economy+ and 1st class business options will show.  Please choose 1st class business as your option in this instance.

You will need to place your order before 2pm to be guaranteed for next day delivery. Orders placed before 2pm on a Monday to Thursday will be delivered by 1pm the following day. Orders placed before 2pm on a Friday may be delivered on a Saturday but Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery on Friday orders and there is a chance your order may not arrive until the following Monday.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or on a Saturday or Sunday will be classed as a Monday order and will be delivered on Tuesday by 1pm guaranteed unless there is a UK Bank Holiday in which case, these orders will be delayed by a further day and will be delivered on Wednesday by 1pm guaranteed.

There may be very rare occasions when we are unable to offer this service.  When this is the case, the facility to choose to this option will not be shown.

Our international orders are all tracked through to their destination ensuring successful delivery. Under 2kg and we will send your parcel by Royal Mail. Over 2kg and your parcel will be sent by international courier. We ship to all destinations worldwide and postage costs are based on the specific weight of items in an order in conjunction with current Royal Mail charges.
