In order to take advantage of VAT free prices, you will need to set up a customer account with us. See create an account at the top right of the page.   Once you have done this, please email info@ecorium.co.uk to let us know and we will add you to our tax free database.

When you are ready to place an order, please log into your account first and the prices you see will have had 20% VAT deducted from them.

If you do not log into your account before purchasing your goods will be subject to VAT at the current standard rate and will not be VAT deductable.  VAT cannot be retrospectively deducted once an order has been placed.

Tax free shopping only applies to customers ordering from outside European Union member state countries.
