Samples
Where samples exist for a product you will be able to add them to your basket. Where samples are provided to us free by the manufacturer, there is no charge. Where we have purchased sample sizes from manufacturers, the nominal cost will be passed on to the customer.
Beauty Rewards
ecorium operates an online beauty reward scheme to all our customers. The standard scheme is 5 points for every £1 spent. From time to time we will operate additional points over specified dates and customers will be given prior notification. Points are redeemable against any product which is in stock in the store. Part payment is not allowed. The points have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for a cash alternative.
We reserve the right to change or cancel the scheme at any time.
Delivery
We will fulfil your order using the delivery option selected by you during the order process. We aim to despatch goods either same day or next working day, but do not guarantee this. Weekends and Bank Holidays will add to delivery timescales and are out of our control. We use only Royal Mail and other reputable third party courier companies to transport your order, however we accept no liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party. Parcels will not be considered as undelivered and missing until they have failed to be delivered within 15 working days following despatch. In the unlikely event that your parcel fails to arrive for 15 working days, we will consider it missing and reimburse you or replace the goods.
Returns
Your items should reach you in perfect condition but if your package does arrive damaged, you should notify us by telephone within two days of receiving your order. Goods must be returned to us unopened and in their original packaging upon receipt of which you will then be entitled to a full refund or replacement. Goods must be returned within seven days of receipt.

In the unlikely event that the above circumstances arise, we will refund postage.
ecorium have taken great care to bring you an outstanding range of products and we hope you will be extremely happy with your purchases, however, if you change your mind about the goods you have purchased, you must inform us as soon as possible. We will require written confirmation. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have seven days in which to then send the items back to us. We will not be held responsible for return posting in this instance.
If you have received your goods as a gift, we regret we are unable to offer a refund. However, please contact us and we will be happy to offer alternative products up to the value of the original gift purchase. Further delivery charges will apply, if applicable.

In all circumstances please ensure that a copy of your packing note is included so that we may identify the return. We ask that you return your goods by recorded delivery, keeping your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for returned items that do not reach our premises.

By submitting your details on the site when you register as a customer, you undertake to provide personal information which is wholly accurate and up to date. Your details are accessible to you on the My Accounts page and can be updated at any time. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account and password and to take all reasonable care to avoid unauthorised access.
