We offer free postage on all of our orders sent within the UK.  Orders will be sent 1st class recorded delivery either same day or next working day.  There is a small charge of £1.50 per order to cover our packaging costs.

Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed by 1pm)

You will need to place your order before 2pm to be guaranteed for next day delivery.  Orders placed before 2pm on a Monday to Thursday will be delivered by 1pm the following day.  Orders placed before 2pm on a Friday may be delivered on a Saturday but Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery on Friday orders and there is a chance your order may not arrive until the following Monday.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or on a Saturday or Sunday will be classed as a Monday order and will be delivered on Tuesday by 1pm guaranteed.

UK Bank Holidays will delay delivery by a further day and orders will be delivered on Wednesday following a Bank Holiday by 1pm guaranteed.

If you have missed the cut off time for Special Delivery, please do call us on 0800 085 1015 and we will endeavour to get your parcel out the same day.

International Signed For

Our international orders are all tracked through to their destination ensuring successful delivery.  Under 2kg and we will send your parcel by Royal Mail.  Over 2kg and your parcel will be sent by international courier.  We ship to all destinations worldwide and postage costs are based on the weight of items in an order in conjunction with current Royal Mail charges.
