We offer free postage on all of our orders sent within the UK.  Orders will be sent 1st class recorded delivery either same day or next working day.  There is a small charge of £1.50 per order to cover our packaging costs.

Royal Mail First Class recorded

First class is the option to choose if you need your parcel quickly but are able to take the slight chance that it won't arrive on the following working day.  Orders placed on our website before 2pm will be despatched the same day. Any other orders that come in after this deadline will be processed in the order we received them so we may still be able to despatch your order on the same day. 

Royal Mail advises that their First Class delivery is normally delivered on the next working day following postage but you should allow between 3 and 4 days to receive your package.

We send all our orders by recorded delivery so parcels can be tracked to their destination.  This adds a nominal 75p to the cost of your postage regardless of weight.

Royal Mail Second Class is an option you can choose if your parcel is not urgent and you are prepared to wait a couple of days to receive it, and provided that the weight is less than 1kg.  All of our products carry a weight and if your parcel weighs more than 1kg, the second class facility will be automatically removed from your list of options. 

We also send 2nd class orders out by recorded delivery to ensure parcel tracking at destination.  This adds a nominal 75p to the cost of postage regardless of weight.

Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed by 1pm)

You will need to place your order before 2pm to be guaranteed for next day delivery.  Orders placed before 2pm on a Monday to Thursday will be delivered by 1pm the following day.  Orders placed before 2pm on a Friday may be delivered on a Saturday but Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery on Friday orders and there is a chance your order may not arrive until the following Monday.

Orders placed after 1pm on Friday or on a Saturday or Sunday will be classed as a Monday order and will be delivered on Tuesday by 1pm guaranteed.

UK Bank Holidays will delay delivery by a further day and orders will be delivered on Wednesday following a Bank Holiday by 1pm guaranteed.
