Your items should reach you in perfect condition but if your package does arrive damaged, you should notify us by telephone within two days of receiving your order. Goods must be returned to us unopened and in their original packaging upon receipt of which you will then be entitled to a full refund or replacement. Goods must be returned within seven days of receipt.

ecorium have taken great care to bring you an outstanding range of products and we hope you will be extremely happy with your purchases, however, if you change your mind about the goods you have purchased, you must inform us as soon as possible. We will require written confirmation. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have seven days in which to then send the items back to us. For non-faulty goods we can only accept returns if they are returned unopened and unused with all seals and wrapping intact and in saleable condition. We are unable to offer refunds where non-faulty products are returned to us in an un-saleable condition. We will not be held responsible for return posting in this instance.

If you have received your goods as a gift, we regret we are unable to offer a refund. However, please contact us and we will be happy to offer alternative products up to the value of the original gift purchase. Further delivery charges will apply, if applicable.
