All prices shown on the site are stated in pound sterling and are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% where applicable exclusive of delivery charges. (See delivery section for further details).

Product Information

All the descriptions, photographs, prices, ingredients listings and any other product information are correct when they are uploaded onto the site.  We ensure that the site is kept as up to date as possible, however, customers should be aware that slight variations may occur in size and packaging design.

We reserve the right to refuse an order where price information has been published incorrectly.

Online Orders

An automatic email is generated to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with the details of your order.    If we are subsequently unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you via email or telephone to advise you. Reasons for not accepting your order include where we suspect there has been fraudulent activity or a violation of our Terms & Conditions and where a particular product is out of stock. If you need to contact us regarding your order, please email us at sales@ecorium.co.uk quoting your order number.

Once your order has been accepted you will be able to track your order through your account.  Log into your account and click on the ‘My Orders’ button.

Payment

Payment for your purchases can be made by debit/credit card.  Online payments are made through an intermediate secure website and are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.    All funds will be debited before any goods are despatched.    By placing an order, you undertake that the details you have provided are correct and that you are the authorised holder of the card.  If the issuer of your debit or credit card does not authorise payment, we will not be held liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Any persons attempting to make fraudulent card transactions will be prosecuted.

Delivery

We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process.  Whilst we aim to despatch goods within 24 hours not including weekends and Bank Holidays, delivery timescales quoted on the site are indicative only.    We use only reputable delivery companies to transport your order, however we accept no liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.  Parcels will not be considered as undelivered and missing until they have failed to be delivered within 15 working days following despatch.  In the unlikely event that your parcel fails to arrive for 15 working days, we will consider it missing and reimburse you or replace the goods.

Returns

Your items should reach you in perfect condition but if your package does arrive damaged, you should notify us by telephone within two days of receiving your order.  Goods must be returned to us unopened and in their original packaging upon receipt of which you will then be entitled to a full refund or replacement.  Goods must be returned within seven days of receipt.

In the case of an incorrect order being received, you should notify us by telephone within two days of receipt before sending the items back to us unopened and in their original packaging.  Goods must be returned within seven days of receipt.

In the unlikely event that the above circumstances arise, we will refund postage.

ecorium have taken great care to bring you an outstanding range of products and we hope you will be extremely happy with your purchases, however, if you change your mind about the goods you have purchased, you must inform us as soon as possible.  We will require written confirmation. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have seven days in which to then send the items back to us.  We will not be held responsible for return posting in this instance. 

If you have received your goods as a gift, we regret we are unable to offer a refund.  However, please contact us and we will be happy to offer alternative products up to the value of the original gift purchase.  Further delivery charges will apply, if applicable.

In all circumstances please ensure that a copy of your packing note is included so that we may identify the return.  We ask that you return your goods by recorded delivery, keeping your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for returned items that do not reach our premises.

By submitting your details on the site when you register as a customer, you undertake to provide personal information which is wholly accurate and up to date.    Your details are accessible to you on the My Accounts page and can be updated at any time.  It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account and password and to take all reasonable care to avoid unauthorised access.  If you have reason to believe that your password is no longer safe and your account is in danger of being used illegally by a third party, you should contact us immediately.
